Where are your pieces made?
Our collections are produced by long-standing partner workshops in South Korea and Vietnam, selected for their finishing quality on knitwear and tailoring.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Core pieces are restocked seasonally. Seasonal drops are typically produced once. Email us and we'll let you know if a restock is planned.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped, email us with your order number and we'll do our best to amend it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — select gift wrapping at checkout and we'll pack your order in recycled tissue with a handwritten note card.
How should I care for my pieces?
Care instructions are listed on each product page. As a rule, wash cool, reshape while damp and dry flat away from direct sun.
