Returns & Exchanges
If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange it.
What we accept
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on intimates or accessories worn close to the skin.
How to start a return
Email hello@everywearcollective.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid label for Singapore addresses.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving the parcel. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are free once per order within Singapore, subject to stock availability.
